You can contract a number and then advertise it as a contact to your clients. After that the received calls will be treated the same way as if they were calls to your customer attention line.
You can set time slots, different destinations, locutions, etc.
This service is especially realized to generate low cost calls for the client; this is possible because the source operator treats the line as a national mobile phone number so, you can use special rates and price plans.
