Users see only the two ends of the communication: themselves and the teleoperator. Everything in between is transparent.
In contrast, call centres need only worry about one communication point. With Monsan’s software, all you need is an Internet connection and a webcam. How exactly the call is received and sent is transparent.
Because it has its own platform compliant with both 3G and analogue (current voice system) technology, Monsan is able to develop its own services and content, thereby bypassing the need for third parties and providing faster, more customised solutions.
