
Several Monsan applications were designed to aid in the implementation of 3G technology at call centres. To this end, there are currently three options: one based on a Web interface and two based on Windows applications (a version for large call centres and a more stripped-down version for smaller operations). When contracting this service, the client is offered the application that best suits its needs and is provided with guidance at all times.
