MonsanAgenda is a supplement for MonsanCampaigns. It stores, groups and manages the mobile phone numbers to which messages are to be sent.

MonsanContest

MonsanContest allows you to ask both open-ended and closed questions.


With MonsanContest clients ask their question through their chosen medium and contestants respond with an SMS message.


Each question is assigned a code and answers may be free or based on a choice of options, depending on how the service is set up. In case of the latter, an identification code must be assigned to each response.



MonsanHoroscopes

MonsanHoroscopes allows you to send horoscopes by SMS.


With the MonsanHoroscopes application, you can send the following:


  • Daily horoscope.
  • Weekly, monthly and annual horoscope.
  • Chinese horoscope.
  • Meaning of a zodiac sign.
  • Compatibility with partners.
  • Any other application related to horoscopes.

Response messages (the horoscopes sent) can be entered by the client (contracting either no content or cloned content) from any computer connected to the Internet using on Web-based control panel.


Information is provided on who entered each message and when. Moreover, messages can be sorted into different categories and assigned individual scores.


The categories are open and can thus be customised. By default, they include: General, Love, Money and Work.


MonsanHoroscopes can run statistics on the most popular horoscopes and the number of times specific messages are sent, as well as break down the data by category and score.


It can also be set to run automatically, so that messages need not be entered on a daily basis.



MonsanDictionary

MonsanDictionary is a fully automated application that allows clients to request the information they need in accordance with previously designed content.


It is a simple application offering a world of possibilities.


MonsanDictionary keeps a record of each user’s actions to avoid supplying the same information.


MonsanDictionary returns a message (the requested information) for a given key word sent by the user.


It can be used in random and sequential mode.


We moreover offer a broad range of content for clients to use.



MonsanLeisure

MonsanLeisure works similarly to MonsanDictionary, except that here a list of possible responses to a certain topic is defined.


MonsanLeisure returns a message (the requested information) from among a group of possible responses to a key word sent by a user. The selection can be random or sequential.


The messages can moreover be organised into categories, which makes it possible to supply users with much more selective information.

MonsanDownloads

MonsanDownloads allows end users to download different logos and ringtones to their mobile phones via SMS messages.


You can create your own logos and ringtones or use our extensive collection, available in multiple versions for different mobile phone makes and models.


MonsanDownloads keeps a record of each logo and ringtone (who uploaded it, when and which mobile phones are compatible with it), as well as statistics on the number of downloads, the most popular logos and ringtones, etc.



MonsanVote

Con MonsanVote allows you to conduct all manner of surveys or contests where participants must vote on something or someone.


As with other services, the Monsan client asks potential users its question through the medium of its choice, offering a selection of valid responses.


Users can vote on or choose between the different options by sending an SMS message with the question code and chosen answer.


The results are processed and the client can access them from the application's control panel.


The survey results are kept in a file, which the client can likewise view through the control panel.



MonsanChatCallCenter

This application allows you to set up complex call centres for SMS chats, enabling centres with multiple operators to receive and respond to short messages.


With the MonsanChatCallCenter you can create multiple themed channels (any type of operator enquiry, leisure, sex, 906 services, etc.).


Messages can be rerouted to a specific operator, depending on the subject matter.


Thus, only operators specialised in the subject matter will talk with end users or handle their questions.


MonsanChatCallCenter consists of a general monitoring and control console that users can use to view:


  • Open conversations.
  • New messages received or messages without assigned operators.
  • Messages operators have responded to.
  • Current assignments.

Additionally, the management allows you to:

MonsanRadioTV is a new support service for hosts or producers of live radio or television shows where listeners or viewers are invited to participate (by means of a question, opinion, vote, etc.) by sending an SMS message.


It is a useful tool for: submitting song requests, opinions or questions for guests, participating in telephone contests, requesting jokes, asking to send out personal messages and, broadly speaking, any action involving communication between listeners or viewers and the host or producer. The host or producer is able to view listeners’ or viewers’ SMS messages on his or her computer screen, respond to each one and assign it a status.


There are two options for responding to listener/viewer messages:


  • Automatic response message, to be determined by the client.
  • Manual response message.

MonsanRadioChat can be configured by programme, session and subject and keeps a message log for each programme/session/subject.


It also allows you to send an optional additional advertising message.
